Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary.
Artisan Products
As many of our products are handmade, personalised, or crafted in small batches, slight variations in colour, finish, or design may occur. These variations are part of the unique nature of our work and are not considered faults.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched.
Shipping
Gift shop orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days and are available for UK delivery only. Orders over £20 qualify for free UK delivery.
Delivery arrangements for wedding stationery suites and bespoke projects will be agreed directly with the client.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your purchase. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the personalised nature of bespoke and custom-made products, these items are non-refundable unless faulty.
